主料:1、竹荪25克、淮山350克、土鸡半只
配料:枸杞、红枣、生姜、盐、料酒
做法:
1、竹荪先摘掉根端头。(有些人不习惯竹荪,认为它有一股肥皂水味,主要原因就是端头的那一点点东西。我一般不去头,最喜欢竹荪的肥皂水味)

2、摘去根部的竹荪用淡盐水泡十几分钟,备用;

3、鸡肉洗净,切块;锅里烧开水,将鸡肉放进去焯一下水,去掉血腥味及多余的油脂;

4、捞起鸡肉,用水清洗一道后,与生姜一起入锅内,加足量水用大火烧开

5、将烧开后的鸡肉及汤放入煲汤锅内,并放入红枣、淮山、竹荪

6、大火烧开后,转小火慢慢文一个小时。起锅前十分钟加枸杞,十分钟后入盐、料酒,出锅。一碗鲜美又营养的竹荪鸡汤就出来啦。
