材料准备好简单:
一斤猪肉(2成肥8成瘦),花菇3只,云耳少许(包第二盘的时候有放云耳,没上镜),蚝油,鼔油,糖,盐,麻油
把猪肉剥成肉碎,加适量盐,油,糖,鼔油,少许麻油和清水搞均~

冬菇先用水浸泡2小时~用热水泡会快些~
