猴头菇排骨汤~~是提前在炖的,猴头菇提前一天泡洗了~~当然,现在我在家有空,如果都上班的话就只能电压锅预约炖汤了。
电压锅的话肯定就没明火熬炖的汤好喝了。

今晚一个照烧鸡腿,甜甜焦焦脆脆香香的大满足。
1、鸡腿骨头剔出来,鸡腿肉刀背拍松,用料酒、姜丝、生抽腌制。

2、调制照烧汁。用盐、耗油、白糖、蜂蜜、酱油、鱼露、水混合搅拌匀称。

3、煎鸡腿肉,煎到2面微微黄色。
4、倒入照烧汁,小火焖煮到收汁浓稠即可。
