今天大杂烩,有菜油肉有海鲜,营养搭配均衡,蒸出来的汤汁也鲜美,由于我家是用电磁炉煮菜的,没有买砂锅,个人觉得砂锅搭配这些菜会更好看些。
做法:1.鸡中翅用姜片,酱油,蚝油,花生油腌制一下.然后煎到差不多熟起碟待用

2.娃娃菜洗干净,用姜片炒一下待用

3.西兰花洗净切好待用,也可以下盐用热水烫一下

4.早上买的白贝用盐水浸泡吐沙待用

5.用一个深一点的盘子准备摆盘,底下先放娃娃菜

6.然后放一半的白贝围成一圈

7.把鸡中翅铺在中间

8.把西兰花围着鸡翅膀铺一圈,然后把剩下的白贝围着西兰花铺一圈摆盘就完成了

9.用蚝油,酱油,生粉,花生油,水调配成酱汁淋在上面,上锅蒸几分钟,白贝开口就可以了.
