俗称:冬吃萝卜夏吃姜,现在正是罗卜最好吃的季节,多汁又甜。今天就做个广式罗卜糕,按这方法做新手也可以零失败,因为我今天试过了😃😃😃。

材料:罗卜、粘米粉、虾米、瑶柱、香菇、腊肠。粘米粉和罗卜的比例是1:5,其它配料就按自己喜好来。家里的腊肉还没晒好,所以就没放了。
做法:1、香菇、虾米、瑶柱泡软

2、瑶柱撕丝,腊肠、香菇、虾米切小粒,罗卜切细条(也可以刨成丝状,但个人比较喜欢切条状感觉口感比较好)

3、把腊肠、瑶柱等分别小火炒香然后再混合拌匀,装起备用。
