先来准备一块新鲜鸡腿肉,我买的是新鲜鸡腿,让店家帮忙把骨拆出来了。

把鸡腿肉切成小块,加入姜蒜,盐,糖,料酒,蚝油,胡椒粉,提前腌一下,备用。

提前一小时腌味就可以了,不需要隔夜

芒果最好选用金煌芒,皮核细薄,肉厚,香甜,半只就可以了,超大个(1.5斤重)划开切成小块。

炒鸡啦~~热锅,放一小块黄油

待黄油融化后,放入腌好的鸡腿肉,中火微煎翻另一面煎一下。

然后加入三色甜椒,因为这种甜椒本身微甜,肉厚。所以加了小小鸡粉和生抽调味。

翻炒几下,如果比较干,可浇点水

快要好的时侯,加入大果粒芒果肉,翻炒三两下就可以了。水果不宜煮太久,太热会软塌并发酸,就不好吃了。

其实这也算是个快手菜,材料简单,做法不难,关键用了黄油起锅,炒鸡,增香了不少。
