很多人认为煮粥很容易,但是要煮得好吃却是一门学问,今天我们就来煮香甜的白玉粥。
1、小铁锅内加入足够的清水,盖盖后开大火烧开。

2、8分杯的米,一杯米是150克,8分满也就是大概130克左右吧,不用太精确。洗净后备注。我是用珍珠米+大黄米的混合。 这是今年妈妈种的白玉米,成熟后取籽然后冰箱冷冻,随吃随取非常方便也新鲜。取3大勺。

3、水开后下入米和白玉米,继续大火烧开,适当用木铲子推一下以免米粒粘在锅底。
大火烧开后持续用中大火保证中间滚开的状态煮大概30分钟左右。

4、直到水变成这样浓稠的白色泡沫状,来看看米和玉米粒都完全熟通了。关火待凉。
