先介绍一款经常煮的主打糖水
香芋椰汁西米露
香甜糯的香芋西米露,能治愈心情的糖水!香芋的香甜加上西米露的Q弹,一口下去,超满足!香芋要切大大块的!
作法:香芋削皮,切块,好的香芋,在切的时候就知道了,刀上沾满白白的粉,一般这样的香芋都不会太差!首选广西荔浦香芋。西米先洗一下,水煮开了,倒进去立刻不断地搅拌,防止粘锅底哈!煮到西米剩中间白点,关火,盖上盖子,焖到全部变透明。然后捞起过冷水!另外的锅煮开水,下香芋,大火煮开,中火煮到绵烂,加糖,加西米,关火!放冷点,加入椰汁,牛奶(根据自己口味调,不像做烘焙,要称到很准)。椰汁买了这个牌的!

第二款:木瓜桃胶银耳
这款也是我经常煲的,很滋润,养颜,美容。
两款都是木瓜桃胶银耳,就是木瓜品种不一样,煲出来效果就不一样,每次炖好都觉和很美,颜值好高,有点诗意的感觉!喜欢牛奶的亲,炖好加上牛奶也很好吃的!

加了牛奶的桃胶,炖好再加入牛奶,牛奶炖久了颜色不好看,营养也流失!
