1、花朵去掉底部花茎、核,如下图

2、随大家喜欢的口感可把洛神花掰成大块或切成小丁丁

3、按比例配料
花:水:糖比例是1:1:1
糖可用冰糖、沙糖或红糖

做法非常简单
新鲜或干花适量+苹果+纪子适量+清水+冰糖适量=洛神花苹果水(冰糖后放)
煲10至15分钟即可
洛神花蜜饯(更加简单)
洛神花去掉茎部去核,放入滚开水里烫20秒(记住是20秒)捞出,趁热倒入红糖粉和一小匙盐搅拌均匀(花:糖=1:1),装入保鲜盒放冰箱两日就可以食啦。
