调料:盐、鸡精(或不放)
现在广州的天气稍有点冷,由于每天时间不是太充足,煲老火汤时间太长只好改为生滚汤,看到冰箱里的干水小白菜和牛肉丸,灵机一动,煮个简单又方便的汤好了。
于是,把姜切五六小片,抓了有十来个粒苟杞,水开后放入干水小白菜,就这样煲,大火后改为文火煮二十分钟,看到小白菜的颜色稍有变化时加入牛肉丸,当牛肉丸们的肚子个个膨胀后,根据个人口味适量加入盐或鸡精,装碗前再稍滴几滴纯正的芝麻油,那味道简直是好吃极了!
