嫩滑豆腐排骨煲

材料:豆腐、排骨、香菜、姜蒜。
做法:
1、排骨洗净后加盐、糖、油和生抽腌20分钟,下锅前加生粉抓几下;
2、热砂锅先把排骨两面煎一下,豆腐泡盐水后用平底锅煎一下表面,放入砂锅内,倒入酱汁(温水+盐+糖+蚝油+生抽)煮沸后7、8分钟即可关火。
3、洒上香菜和葱。
