这个方子可以做15个流沙包的量,大家可以根据自己实际情况增减。
用料:
流沙馅材料:
熟咸蛋黄 5个
黄油 50g
细砂糖 35g
奶粉 25g
淡奶油 40g
包子材料:
中筋粉 300g
细砂糖 20g
酵母 3g
水 适量
步骤1
准备5个大咸蛋放水煮熟,剥出咸蛋黄,用勺子捣碎备用。(其中有一只是双黄蛋,赚大发了😄)

加入流沙馅所需的其他所有材料(黄油要事先室温软化好)全部混合,混合后拌匀过筛,过筛后的馅料无颗粒,更顺滑!

步骤3
过筛好的流沙馅料放入冰箱冷冻30分钟,然后取出分割好每份15g一个,搓圆放回冰箱继续冷冻。(一定要冷冻成形,否则后面很难包)
