将鸡蛋打入搅拌桶内,加入白糖,上搅拌机搅打至泛白并成稠厚乳沫状时,加入适量脱脂淡奶,转用中速或低速搅打一会儿。 然后再将筛过的面粉和发酵粉慢慢地倒入搅拌桶,稍加拌匀后,用打蛋器的最快档搅打至稠厚装,反扣杯时是不会滑落的。再装入模具中,放入烤箱烤25分钟。
