不错,只是我没烤箱
1.洗净栗子
2.沥干水分,用刀在栗子身上割开,一定要把栗子表皮切开,一定要小心手哦

3.用一调羹油涂在栗子表面,一定要每个都有油在上面,防止栗子烤糊。我用的是调和油,如果有花生油就更香啦!

4.烤箱200度预热,温度试个烤箱而定,我的烤箱用的是180度
5.烤盘铺上油纸,把栗子倒进烤盘放入预热好的烤箱中层烤20分钟

6.把栗子取出

7.用两勺桂花糖加两勺白开水和一小勺细砂糖搅拌均匀,然后用刷子在栗子表面刷,特别是在栗子开口处多刷一些,这样会更入味

8.把刷了糖水的栗子重新放进烤箱烤10分钟,栗子就烤好啦

没有烤箱的童鞋也可以利用微波炉来烤栗子,前面的准备工作都一样,只是先把栗子放进微波炉用高火叮2分钟(用微波炉一定要把栗子皮切开,并且记得盖上盖子打开透气孔,防止栗子爆破),然后用油和糖水搅拌栗子,继续放入微波炉用高火叮,一样要盖盖子打开透气孔,时间多长就得视各家的微波炉而定咯。微波炉版的糖炒栗子还没试验过,有待各位童鞋自己去实验咯。
