我妈看着我们大口大口地吃饺子,经常笑我们说,你们到北方生活都得了~~
嘻嘻,我在广州读书时确实经常去吃东北面食~
这次上的有豆苗猪肉饺、香菇猪肉饺。
也经常包玉米饺子、韭菜饺、辣椒饺子。。。
每次多包一些,码整齐,放到冷冻室里冻着,什么时候想吃都可以有啦。 这个方法特别适合喜欢懒床的上班一族。
(冻硬之后,就可以用保鲜袋装着,不占地方)
1. 豆苗猪肉饺:
豆苗、红萝卜、瘦肉

用的是瘦肉,当时没考虑到青菜需要多油,加的油不够,馅料干了点,不够滑
其实我还是喜欢用瘦肉再加点五花肉来做馅,爽滑很多~

2. 原木香菇猪肉饺:
原木香菇去脚,偶家只吃原木生的香菇~~

瘦肉跺碎、加油、水、鸡精、盐拌匀。 考虑到香菇比较涩,我加了点肥肉。
