1,准备好材料,材料如下:木瓜一个,牛奶150ml,椰浆25ml,淡奶油50ml,吉利丁片2片,白砂糖20克,燕窝(炖好后)20克。(ps:吉利丁片可以用鱼胶粉代替,但是用鱼胶粉的话煮熔后一定要隔渣,不然有溶不开的现象)

2,吉利丁片用冷水浸泡,待软化后备用。

3,木瓜对半切开,中间挖空去籽,待备用。

4,牛奶与椰浆,淡奶油混合均匀。取出吉利丁片,沥干水份,放入锅内,用慢火加热搅拌,将白砂糖加入其中,煮至完全溶解。

8,把材料倒入木瓜中间,放冰箱冷藏凝固。
