锅里放比平时炒菜稍多一点的油,油热后爆香蒜末,然后将茄子下锅煎,一面煎好后翻面再煎,小火慢慢煎

等到茄子完全变软后,将茄子放入砂锅,将料汁倒入锅中,加入辣椒粒和爆炒后的肉末等,盖锅盖小火慢慢烧
