买的是清远阳山鸡,老板说是吃玉米谷物长大的,不按重量直接标价138元,148元,168元,我选了138元的怕太大只吃不完。鸡清洗干净后放入适量的盐将鸡内外抹一遍后腌制30分钟左右,加多这一步鸡皮会更脆。

锅里放入适量的水烧开后把鸡放入水里

然后提起来,沥干鸡腔内的水,再放入去重复三次

大约浸半小时左右用筷子在鸡腿位置戳一个小洞,没有血水流出来就代表鸡熟了,有血水就再浸多几分钟

把鸡捞出来后再在鸡皮抹一层薄薄的花生油,这样可以保持鸡皮油亮更好看
