材料:面粉400G、酵母5G、水230G、盐5G、砂糖20G
馅料:猪肉200G、冬菇150G、
荸荠100G(我们叫马蹄)、葱数根
做法如下:
1、将所有馅料洗净剁碎加入盐、砂糖、胡椒粉、酱油、淀粉、香油往一个方向顺序拌匀备用。(加入些许胡椒粉可以去腥提鲜)

2、用微温的开水(约30-40度)泡开酵母+砂糖,静止5分钟。
3、在面粉+盐里加入步骤2的酵母水,揉至三光(手光、面光、盘光)

4、在电饭煲里加温水将面盘放在里面(关起电饭煲不通电),15-20分钟就发至原面团两倍大(冬天要加长时间,不是说永远都是20分钟就可以发好面,因为水温和气温的变化不同,所以请自己睇实况办事哦)

5、取出面团揉搓排出全部气体,揉成长条分成18个小面团

6、将小面团搓圆按扁,擀成中间厚、边缘薄的包子皮,包入馅料,用手捏成包子。

7、包好的包子静止20分钟,凉水上锅放入包子,大火烧开转中小火蒸15分钟,关火后5分钟取出即可(蒸好后3-5分钟再开盖,包子就不会塌,成品美观)
