材料:蒸熟的南瓜片、紫薯块、风筝天然精粉、燕子快速酵母粉、白砂糖

做法:
取三个汤匙,其中两个各装1.5克酵母粉,另一个装2.5克酵母粉,用温水化开,水量就是一汤匙那么多。
黄面团:取30克南瓜片捣烂+100克风筝粉+10克白砂糖+一汤匙酵母水,揉成比平常做馒头要稍干的光滑南瓜面团。5 f- ~* I! ?4 B' T, H4 J5 e
紫面团:取25克紫薯,装在保鲜袋里,用擀面棍压成泥状,加100克风筝粉+10克白砂糖+一汤匙酵母水+1汤匙水,揉成比平常做馒头要稍干的光滑的紫薯面团。
白面团:200克风筝粉+90克水+15克白砂糖+一汤匙酵母水,揉成光滑的面团

冷水上锅大火蒸,水滚后转中火,前后大约20分钟,蒸好后等5分钟再揭盖

以上加水量只做参考,实际操作时应逐次加入,搅到呈雪花状,一定要揉至光滑。南瓜面团和紫薯面团应比白面团干,不能加太多水,否则会非常黏手,蒸出来的成品表面也会坑坑洼洼。
