限于家里那一大一小热底子,实在经不起外边食肆或多或少的不明添加济!
就让吃货茶茶亲自炮制一煲吃得放心、暖身又香喷喷的萝卜番鸭煲吧!

材料:番鸭、白萝卜(无视红萝卜)、蒜、姜片、葱、柱候酱、蚝油、红片糖(4粒方糖大小)。

做法:
1、番鸭洗净沥干水份下油锅走油,待凉砍件备用;
2、热锅把较肥的鸭皮爆出油,下蒜、姜片爆香;
3、下鸭块爆炒至表面微微焦黄,加入3碗水、3匙柱候酱3匙蚝油、1匙生抽和红片糖焖煮20分钟;
4、下萝卜继续焖10分钟,放入葱段(咸度足够了可不入盐)
