无奈,一人之力…太多吃不完…弄个小海鲜吧

满满一盘,很有食欲啊😍😍😍
而且味道鲜甜,不浓不淡…还有微微的辣😋
材料:蛏子,鲜虾,花甲…各半斤
(可替换添加其他容易蒸煮的海鲜)
红辣椒2只,姜适量,蒜8瓣
盐,糖,胡椒粉,蒸鱼豉油各适量
配菜:粉丝,金针菇(改用豆腐皮也可以)

贝壳类用清水冲洗,然后撒一些盐,让它吐泥沙

鲜虾洗净,剪掉长须,在虾的后背切一刀,剔出虾线,加姜片,蒜片,盐,糖,胡椒粉,蒸鱼豉油,腌10分钟以上。

花甲泥沙洗净,可以先焯水

加入蒸鱼豉油,搅拌,做成酱汁

接着开始摆盘啦,底层放入浸泡了一下的粉丝
