1、烤全鸡
腌料(和水晶家有点类同,但佐料更多啊,味道当然是,劲啊·!!!!!!!!!好吃啊!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
香叶、姜末、葱末、麻油、料酒、生抽、红糖粉,盐,还有一样澳大利亚CAJUN调味粉(含辣椒粉、黑胡椒粉、洋葱、紫苏、大蒜、茴香等等)。

首先,当然是把所有调料用小碗调在一块,再淋在鸡身上,包上保鲜膜放进冰箱冷藏2小时。在烤盘底铺上一层锡纸,这样的肉质不干,酱汁也比较集中嘛

预热烤箱210度,放进烤箱。烤20分钟,反过来再烤20分钟,再反一次烤15分钟。

真想整只抱着啃啊!!!!!!用小刀搞了腿和翅下来,啃啊,啃啊,饭都不吃。只吃剩最不喜欢吃的鸡胸肉,留给老公晚上吃,哈哈!!!!!!!!!!!!!
