第二步,将切好放好盐的鱼放在蝶子里摆起来造型,记得鱼底下垫上姜丝和葱丝去腥;

第三步,上锅蒸;水开后5-6分钟即可。(因为切得薄,所以熟得很快)

第四步,蒸好的鱼放上切好的红色朝天椒装饰,再放些葱丝和姜丝

第五步,热锅烧热,放油,再放一点酱油煮沸,煮沸后淋在鱼上即可上桌开吃啦!

炒过的芒果味道有点像菠萝,酸酸甜甜,但是又不影响其它菜的味道,小家伙很快把芒果和牛肉吃完了
