一早妈妈就打来电话,一般我过生日她在老家也会包饺子帮我庆祝。
听说南方MM 们包饺子喜欢买皮,或者买馅,不是我挑剔,外面卖的肉馅,和肉馅的饺子和包子我一般不买,皮更不用说了,见菜市场卖的皮儿,垒很高,放那么久买回来都没黏在一起,更奇怪南方这大夏天的高温,面应该会自然发了,可是市场卖的就没有。我不敢说人家的不好,只是凭我从小就会和面,蒸馒头的经验告诉大家,一般面和好以后,高温几个小时是会发的,就是发到蒸馒头的程度,会变酸,还有无论你垫多少面粉在面皮的中间时间长了它都会粘在一起,这是纯面粉和面后的正常反应。所以自己动手做吃的放心些
好转入正题:包饺子开始啦
1.买肉,今天懒的跑菜市场了就,超市买了些土猪肉,重量:1.5斤。五花肉打的肉末,更讲究的人会自己剁馅。

2.先剁两根大葱,一块姜,都剁成沫,

5.把肉煨起,我放的调料是:咸盐,十三香,胡椒粉,耗油,老抽,香油。

放好调料以后,用炒锅把油烧热,放入少量的花椒和大料,趁热倒在馅的调料上面。
