抹茶红豆蛋糕卷
蛋糕卷材料:鸡蛋4个,细砂糖65克,玉米油50克,日清薄力粉60克,五十铃抹茶粉9克,盐1克,纯牛奶55克。
奶油馅材料:大拓淡奶油200克,细砂糖20克,蜜豆适量(可不加)。
做法:
1,低筋面粉和抹茶粉过筛,加入蛋黄牛奶玉米油,一起用手动打蛋器搅拌均匀。
