面包材料:高筋面粉220克、白糖25克、盐2克、酵母3克、奶粉15克(家里没有,我没加)蛋1只、水115克、黄油15克、白芝麻少许
豆沙馅:红豆约200克、水适量、冰糖适量(稍微放多一点)、生粉少许
做法:

1、将红豆加水煮到开花,放入冰糖,慢火煮到豆子烂(可用汤勺压),放入少许生粉收汁

2、将高筋面粉、白糖、盐、酵母、奶粉、蛋混和好

3、用115克水将酵母溶解

4、将面团揉到能拉出那层薄膜的阶段,中途放入黄油,发酵到两倍大

5、取出后分成8等份,松驰15分钟

6、包入豆沙馅

7、包好做成圆饼状,再用剪刀剪出1厘米的开口,继续醒发10分钟,表面刷上蛋液,沾上白芝麻在面团表面

8,烤箱180度预热中层18分钟上色即可
